p567 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "p567" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming website and services available at p567.asia, including all games, wallet systems, promotional features, and customer support functions.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the p567 platform, identified by a unique username or registered Philippine mobile number.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered and been approved for an Account on the p567 platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game available through the p567 platform, including bingo, slots, live casino games, fishing games, table games, and color game.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) amount held in a Player's p567 wallet, comprising deposits less withdrawals, adjusted for wager outcomes and bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash benefit granted by p567 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises p567's operations under Philippine law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process p567 conducts to confirm a Player's identity in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to p567's obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, and related PAGCOR directives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by p567, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the p567 platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the p567 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on p567, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming through p567 is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person, of p567 or its affiliated entities;
• Not have been previously excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from p567 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity; p567 accounts are for individual natural persons only;
• Not be a PAGCOR official or employee, or any person whose access to gaming services is prohibited under PAGCOR rules.

p567 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, p567 will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers, and forfeit all associated balances in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Any winnings generated on an account held by a person under 21 will not be paid out.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on p567. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same identity or fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p567 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p567 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. p567 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify p567 immediately via in-app live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

p567 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide such documentation as p567 may reasonably request to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in the suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal functions.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

p567 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p567 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to request supporting documentation where required by AML obligations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity verified on your p567 Account. p567 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically processed within 2 hours during banking hours.
• p567 reserves the right to impose withdrawal verification reviews for amounts that trigger AML thresholds under Philippine law.
• Bonus-derived winnings remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed.
• p567 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC reporting requirements.

p567 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or force majeure events beyond p567's reasonable control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

p567 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit match offers, and other promotional benefits to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements specifying the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal;
• Game restrictions indicating which games contribute to wagering requirement completion;
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed;
• Maximum bet size restrictions while a bonus is active;
• Maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus-funded winnings.

p567 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the p567 platform — including bingo, slots, live casino, fishing games, table games, and color game — operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanisms, as applicable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect verified figures from independent certification bodies.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed on a Player's device and the outcome recorded on p567's server systems, the server-side record shall be definitive. p567 shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.

p567 reserves the right to void wagers in the event of software malfunction, erroneous odds, or other technical errors that materially affect game integrity. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to Players' wallets without interest.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p567 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with p567 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to p567 support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of Philippine AML law;
• Charging back a deposit after wagering the deposited funds;
• Using p567 in connection with any illegal activity under Philippine law;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.

10. Responsible Gaming

p567 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a financial strategy or a means to recover financial losses. p567 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible to all Players from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — set reminders and automatic session end times;
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the p567 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum elected exclusion period;

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the p567 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the p567 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of p567 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p567 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any p567 content without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p567 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the p567 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

p567's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to p567 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

p567 is not liable for any losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, PAGCOR directives, or any other circumstances beyond p567's reasonable control.

13. Suspension & Termination

p567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of Philippine AML law;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by p567;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended account inactivity (no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months).

Where an Account is terminated for cause (breach of Terms), p567 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is not for cause, any legitimate remaining balance — excluding bonus funds — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of required verification procedures.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of p567 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and p567, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting p567 customer support via in-app live chat. p567 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving formal written notice.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be submitted to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

p567 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via in-app notification or email (where provided) at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the p567 platform at p567.asia/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
